Tulancingo is located in the southeastern region of the Mexican state of
Hidalgo and is most famously known as the birth city of Mexico's most beloved luchador,
El Santo. Several accolades are located through the city of Tulancigno in honor of city's native son, including a statue erected in 1999 and a boulevard named Boulevard Rodolfo Guzman Huerta, El Santo.

El Santo is not the only famous wrestler to ever come out of Tulancingo-- the wrestlers
Super Crazy and
Crazy Boy were also both born in Tulancingo. Additionally, promising talent is developed at the Arena Coliseo de Tulancingo, leaving hope for future Tulancinguense lucha libre stars.
